From South Africa
To Ethiopia
On the crossroad
In many regions of
Africa, the crossroads are points where life unfolds and develops. Just a shed
and behold, magically, it forms a knot, then two, then others come and go.
There, in
the heat of the metal, people gather, manage activities, strengthens
relationships, rejoices. Eats, drinks, dances. Lose the day. Or it earns.
There is
a crossroads entry Kamanjab, for example. In the pot bubbling lamb chops in
sauce, next to the one full of pap, white polenta that fills the bellies of
middle Africa. Twenty Namibian dollars (1.5 euro) for the
complete dish.
Safari – Part 2
Here are the animals of the Etosha National Park in northern Namibia, which opens the series of those that can be continuing our run to Kenya, the mecca of Safari tourism and, therefore, the place where it was born the term.

Safari – Part 1

A
hunting. We also are looking for food: 7milamiglialontano.
The food in
the world, the food in Africa and, therefore, we are taking a long safari.
